For the second annual season of 48 Hills, Unity Engagement secured a San Francisco venue at short notice, connecting the production team with a local space that supported their creative ambitions while remaining within budget.
The result was more than a venue booking. It was an opportunity to support my childhood friend Joe Talbot in keeping a major program rooted in San Francisco.
When the budget is tight and the timeline is short, relationships matter.

We produce and coordinate events from start to finish, securing venues, building run-of-shows, and vetting and sourcing vendors across catering, DJs and entertainment, audio/visual, rentals, transportation, security, and hotel blocks. It’s a true one-stop-shop experience for our clients.
Think of Unity Engagement as the partner that runs all of the logistics, operations, staffing, and peer-to-peer management throughout your event week. We receive quotes and handle negotiations before booking closes, working across galas, weddings, professional sports partnerships, and local activations.
